Very friendly staff:) The room is comfortable.

The infrastructure is a little bit old, but the maintenance is good.

From Tsukuba station, there is bus or it can be arrived by walking about 15 mins

Rigidity of staff. I reached the hotel at 14:00, after a grueling 17 hrs travel, I was very tired (I am 76 years old). My room was ready, but the staff refused to let me in on the basis that check-in starts at 15:00. So I had to wait one hour. Extremely despicable behavior

Located right near the Takezono park and Days Town shopping center, the hotel had a spacious room and bathroom, large lounge with desks where you could work at, and provided all the necessary furnishings and amenities. I liked the focus on comfort, as the bed had a Simmons pocket coil mattress which was very comfortable, and there was a pillow bar available with different selections of ergonomic pillows. The origami crane in the room was also a nice and welcoming gesture.

The furniture is quite old, but it was usable. There were moments when I wanted to heat up the room, but the air conditioner was still blowing cool air, despite the temperature setting.

We booked this hotel because it is close to the station and stores. This is our second time staying here and both times we have enjoyed our stay.

We arrived a couple of hours earlier than check in time. We wanted to park our car and look around the area, however, they told us we had to pay an extra fee. I thought there was no flexibility in changing the rules. We were only a couple of hours early.

This hotel is pretty tired and well overdue for a makeover - the facilities are basic and it feels exhausted - the carpet in my room was dirty and there was a fairly distinctive odour.

The breakfast was excellent.

When we arrived 1 hour earlier than the check in time, we couldn't check in, and we were asked to pay extra. We were asked to pay 1 day parking fee for parking one hour before the check in time.

Great staff, clean facilities, English friendly, compact but convenient. There is a car park that you need to pay for. Great value for money.

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The property was well maintained. I appreciate the toiletries they offered in case you forgot them at home.

I loved the location as it is close to Lawsons as well as a few good niche shopping and thrift stores. Parking was adequate and the amenities were perfect

The hotel offered a good overall experience. The rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and the price was fair. Additionally, the room size was decent considering Japanese standards.

The staff's limited English proficiency made communication somewhat challenging, though manageable in the end. Additionally, the internet quality was disappointing, with frequent connection interruptions.

The location for my purpose was excellent - across the walking path to the conference venue, relatively close to supermarket and across the street to a drugstore. My original room was very noisy (HVAC?), but I asked for a change, and the staff very nicely offered another room which was actually the most quiet in my life. There was bath powder available for free at the reception area (which is rare in my experience). Some of the staff was extremely helpful.

There is no sports facility, the breakfasts were disappointing (incl. PLASTIC (disposable) cups for beverages). Breakfast was "Japanese style" - the taste and quality of food was actually very good. However, the choice and amount was very disappointing. Coffee was terrible. Obviously - no espresso. Some of the staff was not very sincere...

Good value, very convenient for the Int. congress centre and an easy walk to Tsukuba station. Choice of pillows and a powerful shower. Free coffee and tea with an efficient kettle and fridge in the room and a convenience store across the road selling Milk yoghurt and cereals made a homemade breakfast easy to do.

There was limited breakfast by preorder and no restaurant, but the photocopied local maps indicating nearby restaurants were almost unreadable. There were microwaves available but there were no bowls or spoons available. The TV instructions were inaccurate but the BBC channels were dubbed in japanese anyway, with no option to hear the English, so didnt use it.

A desk light with a charger! It was very useful.

Only a pillow, Unfortunately, It was high and not soft for me.

Really clean and comfortable, I like they had proper large mugs and kettle.

A little further from restaurants, bed might seem small to people expecting a full double bed
